We pack every order with care so your jewellery arrives safely and ready to wear. Here is how shipping works with Vorial Signature.

Where We Deliver

We deliver across Pakistan. International shipping may be available on request — message us on WhatsApp before checkout so we can confirm options and timelines for your destination.

Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom creations and special orders follow the timeline shared when you place the request. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

Karachi: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch
Major cities in Pakistan: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch
Other areas: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch

These are estimates. Weather, courier capacity, and remote locations can add a little extra time.

Shipping Charges

Standard delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order value. Enjoy free shipping on orders over PKR 2,000 (within Pakistan, unless a promotion states otherwise). Cash on delivery, if offered for your area, may include a small courier fee shown before you confirm.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel is handed to the courier, we share tracking details by email, SMS, or WhatsApp whenever available. If you have not received an update within the expected window, contact us with your order number and we will follow up for you.

Packaging

Jewellery is packed securely to protect against damage in transit. Gift-ready presentation is available on request — mention it in your order notes or WhatsApp message.

Failed Delivery & Address Details

Please ensure your phone number and address are complete and accurate. If a delivery attempt fails because of incorrect details or no one is available to receive the parcel, re-delivery charges may apply. Unclaimed parcels returned to us may be refunded minus outbound shipping costs.
